Davie Motorsport is seeking to find an experienced Service Advisor to join our Team.This position is full-time with working hours from 7:45 am-6pm Monday through Friday.

Title: SERVICE ADVISOR

Responsibilities & Tasks:

Greeting customers.

Reviewing and organizing service work with the customer upon arrival and pick up.

Answering incoming service-related calls and emails.

Scheduling and maintaining service appointments.

Quoting service jobs via phone and email.

Ordering parts from various sources for service work.

Maintaining and tracking work orders from booking to completion.

Requirements:

A passion for European cars.

Previous experience as a service advisor.

Strong computer skills.

Polite and confident phone demeanor.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (answering phones, emails, customer service, and working with service technicians).

Articulate, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
